It takes all legal, technical and administrative measures to protect your privacy within the scope of processing, transferring, deleting, destroying or anonymizing your personal data and/or special personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The Information Text has been prepared by our company within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No.

6698 and other legislation to inform you about the purpose for which your personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it will be transferred, the data processing method, legal reasons and your rights.

1)Data Controller

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data and/or special personal data; Aysis Waste Management Systems Inc. may be collected, processed and transferred by us in the capacity of "Data Controller" within the scope explained below.

2) Collection, Processing and Processing Purposes of Personal Data

If you request your personal data to be deleted or destroyed or anonymized, this request can be fulfilled by our Company at the end of the period determined by legal regulations; However, during this period, your personal data will not be processed by our Company and will not be shared with third parties except for obligations arising from national and international laws, regulations and contracts.

3) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic media, in line with the purposes stated above, in order to be able to offer the products and services we offer by the Company within the determined legal framework and, in this context, to ensure that our Company can fully and accurately fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities. . Your personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in articles (1) and (2) of this text, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law.

4)Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the KVK Law

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company using the methods set out below in this Information Text, our Company will finalize the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if a fee is stipulated by the Personal Data Protection Board, the fee in the tariff determined by our Company will be charged. In this context, personal data owners;

• Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• They have the right to demand compensation for the damage if they suffer damage due to illegal processing of personal data.

In accordance with the 1st paragraph of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing, in accordance with the KVK Law. In this context, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your application in writing to our Company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.
